And there she lays,
On the shadow of her own misery; shaking and gasping for air,
Tears-stained cheeks and blank worn out eyes wrapped neatly with a blanket of sadness,
Bruised heart and swollen lips; both are trembling in fear,
Oh darling, what have you become!
Once she owned everything and now nothingness is her loyal friend,
Never known defeats but failure is what she has become
Stricken by the harsh realities, she wishes her life to end,
Fists clenched hard, she challenges the God; screaming with venom, "what else to come!"
Oh darling, your fates are at stakes!
Scarred she is,
And tainted she might be,
But despair is not something she fancies.
Head still hangs low she stands up wordlessly,
Gone is the girl asking for pity,
Enmity is hidden, bravery is showing,
Oh watch it! The table is soon turning!
Weakness becomes greatness
The sad weeping girl is no longer weeping,
The girl who was once afraid of defeats,
Is now defeating defeats.
And I know who's winning.
Oh darling, look at what you've become!
